CONDITIONS OF THE EXCURSION

Bwa Drésé reserves the right to modify the circuits or to cancel the services in the event of bad weather conditions. Only the captain is authorized to judge the conditions of navigation, and is likely to cancel a maritime service. In case of cancellation by Bwa Drésé, passengers can be refunded or the excursion is postponed to another date with your agreement.

Swimming is authorized during stopovers under your responsibility. PREGNANT WOMEN :

MINORS :

Bwa Drésé does not provide transport for unaccompanied minors. They will embark and participate in excursions, as well as nautical and aquatic activities under the exclusive responsibility of their guide (s).

For children under two years of age, wearing a suitable life jacket is compulsory. Parents must notify Bwa Drésé of their presence when booking or before boarding.

 

PASSENGER BEHAVIOR :

During navigation, passengers must remain seated. Bwa Drésé declines all responsibility for all bodily injury to passengers who fail to comply with this requirement, either on board or during embarkation or disembarkation operations.

FREE LOAN OF EQUIPMENT:

Where applicable, defective equipment does not entitle to any refund or reduction.

Bwa Drésé reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against passengers who have deliberately damaged or degraded the equipment loaned free of charge.

 

ORGANIZATION OF FESTIVE EVENINGS AND EXCURSIONS :

As part of the evenings and festive excursions organized by Bwa Drésé (cocktails, parties, bachelorette parties or bachelor parties, etc.) moderate consumption of alcohol and tobacco is permitted.
